This mandatory training is for all current small group leaders. The reason for this training is we have moved over to a new database system. Being trained on its specific functions as it pertains to the Small Group Ministry will serve us as staff, you as a leader, your small group family and potential small group members.

Now, if youre the type of person who shies away from computers, databases, systems, etc., I want to reassure you that this is very learnable and I believe youll appreciate and benefit from its features! We truly need your cooperation in this and we know all we can do is ask and make it available to you, but we really need you to follow through for us.

We are offering three different days for you to choose from: 1) it gives you more options and 2) our Ruffin Campus Conditional Use Permit restricts the amount of people who can be in specific meetings rooms at one time. This is a difficult restraint to work around, but we must adhere to the conditions. Because of this, we may ask you to move to another training if ones gets filled up.

Your Next Steps

Below are the three options. Can you let us know by Wednesday, April 4 which one youll attend? Just R.S.V.P. to Andy Rodgers (contact information below). Can you let him know your first and second choice, in case one night gets filled up? Childcare is available, so let us know if youll be bringing your kid(s) and how old they are.
