Mind Body and Soul For Christ.We will be offering a 5 week session starting Saturday November 3rd,10th and 17th and December 1st & 8th.The classes will be held at The Lord's Fitness 4153 Market St,San Diego, from 9:00 to 10:30 am.The classes will consist of Devotional,Nutrition and Workouts.We have a licensed Nutritionist to help you through the Holidays and beyond.The workouts are designed for all fitness levels and ages.You are also welcome to go into the Gym with a Personal Trainer.The classes are FREE!!!!!! all you need to bring is water and a towel to every class.Let us help you in this area of your life and learn how to do it Christ's way.To register for the class please email the address below with your contact information and I will email you a map to the gym.
