Imagine for a minute a child waking up Christmas morning with nothing to open. And imagine what that parent feels like; the heartbreak of not having anything to give their child.

Most of us will never know that feeling, but there are hundreds of children right here in San Diego that have nothing this Christmas. Not even the hope of the true meaning of Christmas. Toys For Joy is celebrating its 11th year of blessing needy children and families with that hope. This Christmas were asking you to help by bringing a toy for a needy child.

Make this Christmas one a child will remember.

Volunteer Opportunities:

Before Event:

• Donate toys
• Make a monetary donation ($100 can assist one family to provide toys and food for their children)
• Invite the surrounding community a week prior to the event
• Host your own
  Toy Drive
  ,
  Clothes Drive
  or
  Food Drive
• Recruit donations and volunteers
• Setup, Decorating and Breakdown

Day of Event:

• Setup, Decorating and Breakdown
• Sponsor a concession stand by manning the booth with your volunteers and providing the food (hot dogs, nachos, cotton candy, sodas, etc.)
• Food Booth
• Fun Zone
• Usher Greeter
• Prayer Tent
