Please come out and join us on an exciting trail in Borrego Springs to support the off-road community and maintian the Lower Coyote Canyon Trial we have officially adopted. We will camp over night and in Sheep Canyon and leave the next morning.
This trial is suitable for all four-wheel drive vehicles with good ground clearance and off-road tires as well as all skill levels of drivers. Please supply your own camping gear. We will try and plan a pot luck dinner for Saturday night, but lunch and breakfast is up to you. It should be very cool at night so bring your cold weather sleeping gear and lots of water.
The meeting time may change so check back frequently. We currently have 8 vehicles who have RSVP'd for this trip and we are limiting this event to 15 vehicles (not people). Please RSVP as soon as you can if you want to go. Bring work gloves and closes that can get dirty as we will be helping the ranger do maintenance on the trail. Email me about what to bring for the pot luck if you plan to attend the camp over.
The plan is to meet in Escondido at IHOP and have breakfast then leave at 7am from the parking lot. If you cannot make it to the caravan then please call me and let me know before that morning and we will meet you in Borrego Springs at the XL-Co.
