This will be a formal meeting to go over the duties of leaders, open positions can guidelines of the ministry as well as to clarify our goals and get input on upcoming events as well as the information we go over. We will also have a White Elephant gift exchange at the end of the meeting so plan to bring one $5-$10 gift if you want to participate.
We will try and meet at the Mira Mesa Gil Johnson Park and meet outside. If wether starts to look bad the week prior to the event I will try and get a room at the church and all of the North County people can try and car pool down.
