The Small Group Leadership Development is an opportunity for our small group leaders and anyone else interested in learning how to be a better leader. Pastor Dan Stolebarger will begin by sharing The Heart of a Leader followed by three break-our sessions. You can choose from the Coaches Forum, led by Brett Graham and Melissa Kirkham, How to Study the Bible, taught by James Swanson and Paul Garrison or Building Accountability into your Small Group, led by Jason Berchek. Our Coaches Forum will be an opportunity for our small group Coaches and Community Leaders to get together and talk about different ways to build better relationships with their small group hosts and facilitators. It will be an open discussion of past experiences, what works, what doesnt, and time to brainstorm together. How to Study the Bible will show you different tools available to help you study Gods word as well as practical ways to apply these things to your daily study. If you attend the Building Accountability break out session, you will learn different ways to foster accountability relationships within your small group.
