Has your spouse or significant other questioned your rides and wanted to go?  Are there often time crunches when you must choose between riding and being with your family?  Perhaps, youre new to mountain biking and wonder what its about.  Maybe you have always wanted to go on a RockMTB ride but were concerned about your skill level.  If any of these questions/concerns pertain to you, THIS IS YOUR RIDE!!!!

This will truly be an EASY EASY EASY (did I say Easy?) ride.  We encourage you to bring your spouses and children.  It does not matter what type of mountain bike you have, any will do.  We received many requests for a beginner and family ride.  Something everyone can attend to meet new friends, have fun, and get some exercise and ride.

Lake Murray is perfect.  The PAVED bike path is an out and back bordering beautiful Lake Murray.  The distance is only 6 miles with virtually NO elevation gain.  The path is paved, so regardless of the rain we can ride (unless it raining Saturday morning!).  Any type of bike (mtb, road, bmx, dh, etc.) can be ridden.  The pace will be leisurely ensuring everyone has a good time.  Near the middle will be a quick devotion overlooking the lake.  Since this is a low mileage, very easy ride, we should be done around 10:30.

Therefore, if you were looking to get involved, make some friends on a none-challenging ride-JOIN US!!!  Wed love to see you.If you desire a thoroughly relaxing time in a beautiful setting with friends go on this ride.

NOTE Helmets are MANDATORY on all RockMTB rides NO EXCEPTIONS.
This includes children, and the person who left their helmet on the table.  Please dont put us in the unfortunate position of not letting you ride.  We care deeply about everyones health and have seen too many examples of why helmets are needed.
