Join us as we fund raise through fitness in Partnership with the Fitness Ministry

San Diego's Elite Trainer and Certified Group X instructor will be hosting a indoor and outdoor 6 week Body Challenge that is designed to help you:

This event Includes:

*1 1/2 Hour workouts Thursday @6pm & Saturday @ 8:30am  at the Rock Church* Information Packet with Calender* Get fit* Lose weight* Feel Great* Team Work* One one One counseling*  Indoor and Outdoor challenge*

Where will I meet the group:

Please meet at the Rock Park (behind cafeteria) Please get there at 8:15 sharp to fill out:

1.       Liability waiver

2.       Sign-in sheet

LATE REGISTRATION after 7/14/09:

There will be a 3.00 fee if you PAY after this date. If you pay the day of the event the fee still applies.

Your cost will be as follows:

$33.00 for one person

$56.00 if you join with a friend ( $28.00 each)

For every session you will need:

Towel

Water Bottle

You own set of dumbbells (medium to heavier sized weight) here are my suggestions:

** please use the weights that you regularly work out with they should be weights that challenge you. The suggestion menu is ONLY for those who are not familiar with working-out**

Women:

Level 1: 5lbs-8lbs

Level 2 : 8lbs -10lbs or heavier

Level 3 : 10lbs -15lbs or heavier

Men:

Level 1: 8lb-10lbs or heavier

Level 2: 10lbs-12lbs or heavier

Level: 15lbs 20lbs or heavier
