OUR FIRST G.O.A.L.S. FITNESS #2 will begin on Tuesday, October 10th !!!!!!!!!!!!!
We have decided to make some changes for this second session; many of you gave us ideas that we put with ours.
****Please note this bootcamp is a fund raiser for the Rock Church Homeless Ministry and all proceeds recieved from this will go directly to the rock church homeless ministry. *****
The money will go to the following: The Rock Church
Fitness #2 will be six weeks of training starting on October 6 and ending on November 14. The first three weeks, we will meet on Tuesday and Saturday, the second three weeks (starting Tuesday, October 27) we will meet on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Times Tuesday/Thursday 6:15pm to 7:30pm, Saturday 8:30am to 10:00am
Trainers Estreanda ~ Melinda ~ DeShawn ~ occasional guest trainers

$60 flat rate person

We will limit registration of participants to125 to keep the intimacy of training that started in the first G.O.A.L.S.
