While this is NOT a mountain bike ride, it is a great inclusive general ride.
We'll be meeting at the Coronado Ferry Parking Lot in Coronado and riding along a very beautiful bike path with views of the harbor and ocean. Elevation is ZERO and the pace will be slow (fast as the slowest person). If you have always wanted to ride with RockMTB but felt intimidated or felt your bike could not handle the trails - this is your ride! Since this is an 'out and back' ride, we'll turn around based on the group. Figure 5-8 miles with a return time around 10:30.
What to bring:1. Bike, prepped the night before. For many of you, this may be the first bike ride in awhile. PLEASE prep your bike the night before! Pump the tires with air, oil the chain, make sure the brakes and shifters work - finish it with a quick spin.
2. Helmet
3. Proper clothing it could be warm or quite cool this time of year.

5. Water
6. Prayer. Please pray for the ride, for the leaders, for the people riding and for God's word to spoken fully through the Holy Spirit. Please pray for everyone's protection and for the day to have a fantastic turnout.
