Fitness Class
We have a weekly workout at Rock Park every Saturday @ 8:30. This workout is a full body workout working upper and lower body plus the core. It is intended for people of all fitness levels. Bring a mat and some weights, 5, 8 or 10lb., depending on your ability. The cost is $2 or for the month of May, a can of food for the food pantry.
