Hula Praise Ministry: Bible Study & Hula

The Island Praise & Dance Ministry meets every Thursday at the Rock Church.  We encourage all to join us to fellowship and worship.

• 7:00 7:10 - Meet and Greet
• 7:10 8:00 Prayer and Bible Study
• 8:00 8:40 Hula Basics and Dance (Choreographed Worship Song)
• 8:40 - 8:50 - (Optional) Tahitian Basic Workout

This class is mostly wahines (ladies), although kanes (men) are welcome to
worship as well. Ages 12 and over. If you have a keiki who is interested to
learn, they are truly welcome, but please be able to stay in class with them.
