In this session, we will dive into the vital importance of establishing healthy rhythms of leadership and service. You’ll learn time-tested practical and spiritual disciplines that will keep you strong and empower you to thrive in your calling.
2. Spiritual Growth as a Family | Lead: Pastor Micah | Location: Sanctuary
This session offers Biblical keys to help you build a Christ-centered home, where each member thrives spiritually and contributes to the faith and well-being of their household, church, and community.
3. Creating a Culture of Discipleship | Lead: Pastor Lauren | Location: Room 234
Explore what it means to be a Disciple of Jesus, while living out our Great Commission to make disciples. This session will highlight healthy discipleship characteristics, and how we can all personally contribute to a culture of discipleship within the church through mentorship, accountability, and spiritual growth.
4. First Impressions Matter | Lead: Pastor Santi | Location: Room 237 (second floor at the end of the hallway)
Learn how to create welcoming and engaging environments for guests, from greeters to small groups. Participants will get hands-on tips on atmosphere, hospitality, and making a lasting first impression.
5. Building Leaders and Growing from Within | Lead: Pastor Nathan | Location: Community Room
Equip your team by developing future leaders. This session will focus on mentoring and empowering volunteers to step into leadership roles, ensuring that your ministry continues to grow and thrive.
