FAQ's

The hardest question to answer is the one never asked.

Q.

What is the main purpose of this ministry?

A.

The purpose of this ministry is not to change one from homosexual to heterosexual, but to lead those who struggle with SSA (same-sex attraction) into a life of holiness, to be more like Jesus Christ.

Q.

Is this a safe and confidential ministry?

A.

Yes, we take the privacy of every person very seriously.

Q.

Are you a gay-affirming ministry?

A.

No, but we love and welcome every person regardless of where they are in life.

Q.

If this is not a gay-affirming ministry, why would I want to attend?

A.

If you come to us, we will embrace you as a brother or sister and give you the honest truth, with all of God's love and grace. The time is now, God is waiting.

Q.

Can I attend if I am still active in the homosexual life style?

A.

Yes, we want to extend God's love to everyone. It does not matter where you are in your life, please come see us.

Q.

I have had SSA as long as I could remember, but I have not acted on it, would your ministry be a benefit for me?

A.

Yes. Society ignores the fact that many of us who have SSA live heterosexual lifestyles. Join us as you will hear truth and receive encouragement you have not experienced before, from people who have lived it.

Q.

What if I love someone who struggles with SSA? Is this group for me?

A.

All are welcome in our support group as you will find others like yourself.

Q.

Do both men and women attend?

A.

Yes. We have a mix of both men and women attending our regular meetings.

Q.

I live far away from your place of meeting.  Are there any other groups like yours?

 A.

We have other sister groups around the county, please contact us for more information.
