NAMI Peer to Peer

National Alliance on Mental Illness(NAMI) Peer to Peer is a free, 10 week session course for adults living with mental health challenges.  NAMI Peer to Peer provides an educational setting focused on recovery that offers respect, understanding, encouragement, and hope.  The NAMI Peer to Peer educational program is free and confidential, held one a week for two hours, taught by trained Peer Mentors living in recovery themselves and a great resource for information on mental health and recovery.

Classes are Tuesdays from Jan 23 thru April 10, 2018 at 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Rock Church Point Loma in room 352. You must register with Annette Arehart at NAMI 619-543-1434.  Register today space is limited.
