FAQs – Joining Rock Toastmasters

How to join Rock Toastmasters? Fill out the Toastmasters International membership application and pay the semi-annual dues. The dues are prorated from the date the applicant joins. The Toastmasters membership periods are October through March, and April through September. Renewals are due by October 1st and April 1st.

How can I pay the dues? The dues are split between the local club and Toastmasters International. To pay the dues, we recommend: a) using cash to pay the local Rock dues; and b) using a credit or debit card to pay the Toastmasters International dues. We generally do not accept checks because it delays the application process. All payments can be made at a regular meeting and should be given to the treasurer or another club officer. 

 How much are the membership dues?  In general, the dues work out to be $9.50 a month and approximately $57.00 for a 6-month time period.  However, the exact amount varies due to a one-time application fee and prorating the monthly dues.
