Rock Youth

Joining a group is one of the best decisions you will ever make! These groups are designed to provide you with amazing friendships, unforgettable memories and help you grow in a deeper relationship with God.

When and where do they meet?

Groups meet in host homes or host locations on either Tuesdays or Wednesday evenings typically between the hours of 6PM to 8PM.

What does a typical night look like?

Each group will be unique, but a typical night will look something like this: welcome/snacks/hang out/Bible study/discussion/prayer. Once a quarter, groups are invited to participate in an outreach project in their local community. Being involved in a group will be a time to develop deep friendships and a closer relationship to God. Every group will follow the curriculum path designed just for their grade level by the Rock Youth Team and group Leader.

Who leads my group?

Rock Youth has amazing, screened, and trained adult volunteers who are excited to hang out with and teach students. Our Youth leaders are there to encourage, teach, guide, and help strengthen your relationship with Christ. We hope that the relationship you develop with your leader becomes one of the most significant and positively impacting relationships throughout your junior and high school season.

What am I committing to?

In order to experience the full benefit of being part of a group, there are a few things we ask you to commit to. Come with an open heart ready to learn and grow. Bring a Bible, pen and notebook if you have these things. Please respect your leader and your host home (one great way to show respect, is to help clean up at the end. They’ll love that!). Treat the other group members with love and kindness. If you are unable to commit to these things, you may be asked to no longer be part of the group.

How do I get involved?

We are excited you want to join us on this fantastic journey- you won't regret it! Sign up tojoin a group here!
