Although we highly recommend that you come to all sessions starting with the first week, it is better to start when you can than it is to miss the whole program all together. You will even benefit from only one or two sessions of the 13 weeks verses none at all.

For your first week, please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure your registration is completed prior to our session start. The cost is a one-time fee of $35 which includes the workbook and the 13 week session may be repeated as often as you prefer without additional charges. You may want to bring a light sweater or jacket as the rooms tend to be chilly.
We apologize but will not be able to provide childcare for this 13-week series. Please make arrangements for your children off site prior to arriving.
