It is that tine of year again to plan our upcoming retreat on August 12-14th. Our first planning meeting will be on Saturday, January 30th in room 215 at 9:00 a.m. We need retreat leaders and volunteers in the following areas:
decorations
altar call/prayer
worship
fellowship (games and ice breakers)
sweep team (check rooms for left behind items)
usher/greeter
donations
registration
scholarships
check in and out
room assignments
hospitality
welcome reception
