Lynn Vincent wasn't always a full-time writer. How did she get from serving in the Navy as an air traffic controller to award-winning journalist and book author?
Come join the Rock Church Writers Ministry Sunday, May17, 2-3:30 PM, in the Rock Cafeteria, as we hear how Vincent carved out a career doing what she believes God created her to do, and what she loves.
Vincent will share how she became features editor for World Magazine, a national conservative news biweekly, where she covers culture, politics, and current events. She'll also talk about her work as the author or co-author of six books, including The New York Times bestselling Same Kind of Different as Me, the story of the unlikely friendship between an illiterate black homeless man and a wealthy white art dealer; and The Blood of Lambs, the memoir of former PLO terrorist.
Vincent serves on the Board of Directors for the San Diego Christian Writers Guild, and has been a guest on such national media programs as Fox & Friends, Michael Reagan, Michael Medved, and Alan Colmes.
