Boundaries

Dates: March 5 - May 28 (subject to changes)

Materials: Book, "Boundaries," by Dr. Henry Cloud & Dr. John Townsend, Bible, Pen and Paper.

This is our first official meeting for The Rock Church East County, Sexual Abuse Recovery Ministry (I Will Stand For You), meeting on Wednesdays from 6:30pm - 8:30pm. We will also begin a new study on the book, "Boundaries." Our first meeting will be a basic overview of the class and book, as well as a time of fellowship. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone. 

Survivors of childhood sexual abuse often have problems setting healthy boundaries as a result of the trauma experienced at a young age, where our views of God, relationships, love, and others are formed. The book, "Boundaries," will provide us with biblically based tools to help us to shape healthy and fulfilling relationships with family, friends, spouses, coworkers and ourselves. Physical, Emotional, Mental, and Spiritual Boundaries will be the core subjects in this study. Please come join us.
