Rock Marriage is hosting a monthly marriage workshop that will help you examine God's design for marriage, with biblical and practical instruction to equip you to better understand what God desires for you.

Learn about communication damaging filters, take a Listening Test to learn how good of a listener they are and then learn and practice the “Listening Position: SOLER” to help their minds listen to their mate by body position.
Learn about the five levels of communication and learn and practice the Speaker/Listener Technique from the book A Lasting Promise: A Christian Guide to Fighting for Your Marriage, from the PREP marriage seminar.
Learn how to use “I” statements when speaking to avoid causing defensiveness and the power of validation and expressing appreciation for their mate.
