The vision/purpose of R.O.C.K. Diabetes is to support and educate people with all types of diabetes. We are Reaching Out with Care and Kindness in the name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior.
R.O.C.K. Diabetes will exist to offer a place where people with diabetes, families and caregivers have a safe place to talk about their concerns - whether they're physical, emotional or spiritual - concerning the challenges diabetes offers. We will offer educational support and training from how to properly calculate insulin requirements, the importance of what we eat, and how our mind and emotions contribute to our overall well-being. Romans 5:3-4 "And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations knowing that tribulation produces perseverance, and perseverance, character; and character, hope". 1 Corinthians 6:19 - "Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own."
