Our ministry is managed and operated by volunteers.

OUR MISSION
The MISSION of the Prison Ministry is to bring the gospel of Jesus Christ to those who are presently or previously incarcerated. The Great Commission compels Christians to go into all the world and minister to all people. Our goal is to present the gospel in a way that is clear and understandable so as to teach God's word through life changing scripture. To spread hope and spiritual growth through evangelism, edification, and the presentation of Christ's abundant love. We believe that sharing the gospel will bring forth a new future in Christ for all who are willing to accept him as their Lord and Savior.

THROUGH OUR MISSION WE :

  1. Reach out to presently and previously incarcerated inmates with the hope that can only be found in Jesus Christ.
  2. Schedule church service in prisons, jails, and juvenile detention facilities in San Diego County.
  3. Write letters of encouragement and support through our Pen Pal program.
  4. Reach out to families affected by incarceration through Family Support Meetings.
  5. Partner with programs like "Angel Tree" to bless children of prisoners with school supplies and gifts for Christmas.
  6. Provide resources for as needed.
  7. Spread God’s Love while supporting these individuals through their journeys.

Many of the answers to the inquiries that we receive are found here. We do not do one-on-ones with any inmates or prisoners. We are a church ministry and share the WORD each week to facilities in San Diego County. Most if not all jails and prisons have church services. We encourage your love ones to attend. The best support one could have while incarcerated comes from family & friends.

If you are interested in volunteering, go to the Volunteer Application Tab and simply fill out a volunteer application. Either email it or mail it to the address listed on the first page. There are requirements that need to be met to volunteer. All facilities we serve will require a background clearance.
