Overview: Following the successful completion of one-year of service as a Pastoral Support Team member or Rock Community Chaplain, approved members can apply to attend the Pastoral Leadership Growth Track. This is a second-year of more intensive training that is designed for PSTs and Rock Community Chaplains who sense a call towards church leadership. The Pastoral Leadership Growth Track takes place on Monday nights and involves further study and instruction on church and ministry leadership training. This ministry is available for those who have a calling to not only do ministry but also to oversee, lead and train others in fulfilling their ministry callings. As such, the instruction prepares leaders to lead and disciple followers and other leaders as they do life and ministry together. This is a tuition-based training ministry and applications will be made available to qualified team members. If you sense a call by God to make a real difference in individuals and their families as a Rock Church ministry leader, please give prayerful consideration regarding your involvement in the Rock Church Leadership Growth Track.
